Please note that each bicycle requires a separate booking and only standard bicycles may be booked. For family and small group bookings please contact our Customer Centre on 0871 222 7456 to check availability before booking online as capacity for bicycles is restricted.

Groups of 10 or more cyclists may be accommodated on selected departures outside peak times. For parents who have small children in a safety-seat on the back of their bicycle it is possible to book 1 adult plus 1 child or 1 infant or 1 baby per booking.

Children aged 4 or above may travel with their own bicycle but must be accompanied by an adult. It is the parent/guardians responsibility that any child travelling on their own bicycle is safe and trained to do so.

Please note that check-in time for bicycles is 45 minutes prior to departure.
